Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
What's your minimum order?
We have no hard minimum for embroidery — we'll run sample orders as small as one piece. That said, per-unit pricing drops significantly at 12, 50, and 150+ pieces.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush service (3–5 days) is available for qualifying orders. Digitizing takes 24–48 hours.
Do I need to provide garments?
You can supply your own or we can source them from major suppliers like SanMar, S&S, and alphabroder. We'll include garment cost in your quote.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG — if it needs redrawing, we'll let you know and quote accordingly.
Can I see a proof before you produce?
Always. Every order gets a digital proof before production. Physical sew-out samples are available on request.
