Request a Quote
Fill out our production request form with your artwork, item type, quantity, and timeline. The more detail you give us up front, the faster we move.
We accept artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, or high-resolution JPG. If you only have a low-res file, we can redraw it — just let us know.
Review & Estimate
We review your request within one business day and send back a line-item quote: digitizing fee (if applicable), per-unit pricing, garment cost, and estimated delivery.

Artwork Digitizing
Our digitizer converts your logo into a stitch file optimized for the fabric, thread colors, and placement you've selected. This isn't auto-trace — it's manual, detail-level work.
Stitch files are built in DST format by default, with PES, EXP, JEF, and others available on request. Every file is test-sewn before approval.
Proof Approval
You receive a digital proof showing thread colors, stitch count, and placement on the garment. We don't start production without your sign-off.
Need a physical sample? We'll sew one on the actual garment and fabric so you can see and feel the result before committing to the full run.
Production
Your order enters our production queue. Multi-head machines ensure every piece in the run is identical — stitch density, registration, and thread tension held to spec.
Standard production: 7–10 business days. Rush (3–5 days) available for in-stock garments with approved digitizing.
Quality Check & Ship
Every finished piece is inspected for stitch quality, thread trims, and placement accuracy. Then we pack, label, and ship to your address — or multiple locations if needed.
We can poly-bag individual pieces, sort by size, and include packing slips for direct-to-employee or multi-site distribution.
